Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. A simple pair of glasses or a basic jacket that always works is worth a lot. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed.
